How do I request a refund?

If you'd like a refund, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of purchase and include why you are requesting a refund. 

To request a refund, use the Submit A Request button below. Please include your account email address within the submissions so we can locate your account.

Important Refund Notes:

  • Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute the charge with your bank, we cannot process a refund, and resolution could take several months. Please allow us the chance to assist you directly. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
