How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

Cancelling your BlossomUp subscription is easy. We have made it simple by adding two different ways to cancel. 

Option 1: Cancel Through Your BlossomUp Account

  1. Log in to your BlossomUp account.
  2. From your profile avatar, go into “Membership” from the left menu.
  3. Select “Cancel Membership”.

Option 2: Submit A Cancellation Through our Request Form

If you are having trouble logging into your account, you can also cancel your account by filling out our Cancel Subscription request form.

  1. Enter the email address linked to your BlossomUp account. If there’s an active subscription associated with that email, you’ll receive a cancellation email containing a confirmation link (valid for 6 hours).
  2. Click the confirmation link, you’ll be taken to the BlossomUp website to finalize the cancellation of your membership. After the process is complete, you’ll receive a final email confirming the cancellation.

If you didn’t receive the cancellation email, please check that:

  • The email you entered is the one tied to your active subscription.
  • Your subscription hasn’t already been canceled.
  • You didn’t mistype your email address.
  • That the email wasn’t filtered into your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may automatically route system-generated messages there.

Additional Tips: 

  • By canceling your membership, you will lose access to all your quiz results, challenges, and course progress and data.
